I would like to thank everyone who participated in the celebration of our parish’s Feast of the Holy Cross. I especially thank Balbino and Ana, who, along with the support and collaboration of many of you, made this project a reality. Work began in April. Many of you contributed with your money, time, and work; several sales, raffles, and donations were held, raising enough money to cover logistics, musicians, and other expenses. Perhaps in the future, this celebration dedicated to our parish—that is, to all of you—can be better held. This is the first time, and we are learning so we can develop and carry out this celebration better in the future.
Celebrating the Feast of the Holy Cross is an opportunity we all have as a community to strengthen bonds of friendship, faith, and brotherhood.
So, thank you to Balbino and his wife, Ana, and to everyone who, in one way or another, made it possible to celebrate our parish feast.
