Today people do not read, they are not interested; they are given to audiovisual media. It is more entertaining; reading is very boring and monotonous, many say. I think that this simple parish bulletin is read by very few, and it is offered free. That being the case, a question can be asked: how many are truly interested in reading the Bible? I think the answer is obvious, very few, very few will actually read it. Not reading is a worldwide phenomenon. You can witness it with your own eyes; how many people do you see with a cell phone in their hands? And how many do you see with a book? You already know the answer, you just have to be a good observer. And I assure you that whoever is on a cell phone is not reading. Give yourself the opportunity to read, to cultivate yourself intellectually. Give yourself the opportunity to know who Jesus Christ is.
